Important Sale Information - read before attending!
Saleroom address:

Auction Start Time: 3pm
Viewing: 10am – 2.50pm
No under 18s are allowed in the saleroom
Please do not double park or block the car park exit. There is plenty of car parking in the Town Centre – try the Flood Street car park which is an 8 minute walk away. If you buy large items you can return the following day with your car to collect.
Arrive in plenty of time to view the lots – all lots are sold as seen
Buyers Premium: 15%+VAT (equal to 18% inc. VAT)
VAT also applies to the hammer price of any lot with VAT code ‘v’.
VAT does not apply to the hammer price of any lot with VAT code ‘m’
Make sure you take all charges into account before bidding!
Requirements for registration (required to bid):
- Photo ID such as driving licence or passport
- Proof of address – utility bill dated within last 3 months
- You must register by 2.50pm – no more registrations will be accepted after this time.
Bidding, Payment and Collection:
- All lots purchased must be paid for on the sale day.
- Payment can be made by cash, Credit Card (2% surcharge) or debit card.
- All lots must be cleared from the saleroom by 5pm on the day following the sale – failure to do this result in storage charges as per Terms & Conditions
- You can usually pay at the office approximately 10 minutes after a successful bid, but no lots can be collected until the end of the auction (estimated finish around 5pm)

By registering for the auction or entering our premises you are agreeing to abide by our Terms & Conditions – a full copy of which is available on our website or from the office on the auction day.
The most important thing to remember is that all lots are sold as seen and no refunds can be given under any circumstances – please take this into account when bidding.
